Raised in Lancaster, California, Ben graduated from Antelope High School in 1997.  Following high school, Ben spent two years as a missionary in Austria.

Ben graduated cum laude from Arizona State University in 2003, completing his bachelors degree in less than two years.  Ben completed his law degree from the prestigious Willamette University College of Law.

Ben has spent thousands of hours working with clients since opening his practice.  Since beginning his work as a bankruptcy attorney, Ben has helped hundreds of individuals and families regain the financial security that unforeseen circumstances had cost them.  Ben keeps his client list small so that he can ensure he has the time to interact on a personal level with the families he works with.

In the free time that he has, Ben enjoys spending time with his wife in the great outdoors.  He has also spent the last decade as a volunteer in the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a Boy Scout Leader among various other roles in the organization.
